Food 

My relationship with food has completely changed throughout this journey. What started out as a diet transformed into this completely new mindset towards food. I am grateful for my body, and all the many things it does does for me. Now. I know how to fuel and care for myself so I can go do all the things I want to.  I'm searching for cleaner less processed foods. I honestly love fresher foods, and cleaner ingredients, and I have noticed changes with my body after eating them. 

I have learned the idea of balance. Balance is what gets each person through life. I have learned

Over time, I have learned when trying to eat healthier you do not have to cut out foods! How exciting is that?! I believe it is about changing that mindset. Rather than thinking about how you have to cut out "unhealthy" foods, switch that mindset to "I have so many new ideas to create nutritious foods for myself."

A huge key factor was recreating my favorite dishes and swapping ingredients with lighter, less fattening alternatives. 

I hope through sharing my favorite recipes, you can find the joy in eating delicious yummy food too!

What started as a little Instagram account to keep me accountable for clean eating,

is now a new lifestyle that I have grown into. 

I am so grateful for the healthy food and fitness community on Instagram.
