I have always been a very active person! I never had a problem finding ways to get my body moving. I was lucky enough to always be playing sport in each season, and I just strive for my body to be feeling its best. 

However, sometimes my motivation is not there. There are good days and bad days, and overtime I have created a great relationship with my body and fitness as well!

I hope through sharing some of my stories as a retired D1 athlete, struggles with body image and fitness, and tips on fitness will help you develop a healthier relationship with fitness!
